8 Facebook Groups To Join If You Want To Simplify Your Life

Sharing is caring!

Facebook launched their ‘groups’ function over a decade ago now. Their purpose is fairly simple and broad, to connect like-minded individuals. It offers users an opportunity to interact and comment more freely than on a page. And you can find a Facebook group for just about any interest you have. And yes, there are thousands of groups dedicated to minimalism and simplifying your life.

I don’t run my own FB group for Simple Slow & Lovely, but have collated a list of groups that you can join for free to help you in your journey to simplifying your life.

So in no particular order, here are my recommendations;

Nourishing Minimalism Yearly Decluttering Challenge

This group is hosted by Rachel Jones, owner/author of Nourishing Minimalism. The group is all about simplifying your life, decluttering, de-owning, and downsizing material items. It’s described as a place to share struggles and ask for encouragement while letting go of the excess.

Wherever you are on your journey to simplifying and slowing down, I think you will benefit from connecting with others who have the same goal. Community and connection is at the core of who we are as human beings. And for all the reasons to dislike social media, I think the ability to connect (especially in a global pandemic) in this way is very valuable.

P.S. I don’t currently intent to run my own Facebook group again but of course this may change. The best way to keep up to date with everything happening here at Simple Slow & Lovely is to sign up to the newsletter!
